Our 7ft round banqueting tables from Event Hire UK are supplied in 2 sections for ease of transport and assembly. Consider the size of location for your event and how many guests you will have in attendance and then select the quantity of 7ft round tables to hire. Generally speaking, as a guide, round banqueting tables of 7ft in diameter can accommodate up to 12 people. Then, if you need to hire tablecloths of a matching size, you can do this with the optional extras box. FAQs about 7ft round table hire
Q: Are these hire tables portable?
A: Yes, even though these 7ft round tables are the largest event tables that we offer, they have metal folding legs and plywood tops, meaning that they can be easily stacked and stored, transported, and manoeuvred around your event venue. They also come in two halves, making life much easier!
Q: How many people do these large tables seat?
A: As a rule of thumb, you can comfortably seat up to 12 people around a 7ft round dining table. You can also hire the chairs you need here at Event Hire UK.
Q: Do you have lots of hire tables in stock?
A: We have one of the largest stocks of tables for hire in London and across the UK which are constantly in use up and down the country with clients.

This is the minimum period for which you are able to hire our equipment. This 72 hour period is designed to provide you with a delivery day, the day of your event and collection the following day. Weekends (including Bank Holiday weekends) are still charged at the "3 Day" rate.

This rate is available for events of longer duration where the event equipment is required over several days rather than a single day. For hires between 4 and 7 days, this week rate will apply.

Longer Term Hire - We can offer long term hire rates for requirements that exceed our month rate. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and obtain a bespoke quotation.

For items that are required for more than a week, up to a month, the month rate will apply. This is calculated at a preferential longer term hire rate.

Why not select our slight damage waiver fee per item to cover minor damage which may occur during the normal use of goods (ie fair wear & tear) such as small scratches & stains etc. This does NOT override the replacement cost owed if you break the item.

Why not select our return dirty fee per item, so you can avoid having to clean & wash your items before returning, saving you time, effort & money. All you need to do is scrape plates, swill out glasses etc & return them in the same crates / boxes they arrived in.
